I created this course for people like me- bright, sensitive, big hearted (and maybe slightly unconventional) who are so gifted but just need some help overcoming the money/sales piece.
I based the content for the course around a special client of mine called Marcia.

Kat, It Sounds Great But I Already Feel Overwhelmed- How Many Hours A Week Does it Take?
I so hear you on this- I am a mum of 3 under 7, and have 5 kids at my home every other weekend, (plus I get overwhelmed and find it hard to follow through with courses sometimes, unless I am really engaged and feeling excited about it.) I’ve created IBT to be fun, easy to digest and yours for LIFE. Whilst we go through the program together over 3 months many of our clients go through it again when we run it and the community is very gently active whenever you need support so it’s not overwhelming. In terms of training there’s a couple of things to remember- your’ll get your session on a Monday with the training that week. Then on the Thursday we have our coaching call on at 2pm and 8pm UK (which is also recorded) You can send in questions in advance if you can’t make it Live and get the replay to listen at your convenience. If you’re overwhelmed, there’s even more reason to join us. I don’t know where I’d be without the amazing support I receive and my time and energy management that I learnt early on in my biz. I share all that and more in this program- it’s literally designed to remove you from the choppy waters of overwhelm and into the wide blue waters of your calling!
I have done courses before and they didn’t work- How will this be different?

I’d say it’s best for people with a service offering. Having said that, if you’re thinking of creating that kind of offer now or in the future then this will definitely be a fit. If you sell a physical product you will still get a huge amount out of this program, just ignore the week on selling conversations as you probably don’t need that (although you might want to do the energy work anyway.)
Do I have to participate in the Facebook Group to do this program?
The FB group is optional, and all your content is in a beautiful members classroom, so you don’t have to be active in the group unless you wish to. However, we keep a close eye on this group and it’s an incredibly warm, welcoming and safe space for whenever you need some extra support and sisterhood. We have the most lovely, bright and creative women from all around the World for you to meet!
Kat- what about marketing- do you cover that in this course?
No, this course is about making money and creating offers and selling them. Having said that, the work on your self worth and value will certainly help you to be bolder and more visible, and on the coaching calls we often discuss personalised strategies which can include marketing. (Marketing is important if you want to scale to big volume especially, but this course is really for boutique style businesses with often a solopreneur or small team model - low tech and high touch, earning anywhere from £ZERO to the first £100,000.00 and into the 5 figure months.
I hate Groups and Feel Shy- I Often am The Invisible One At the Back- Why Will This Be Different?
